It all started when…
Nat was in London working in a law firm near Chancery Lane and her company started to put on a new weekly after-work yoga class. Her friend found out and invited her to join their yoga class in a quiet church hall tucked away in Earlsfield. She immediately fell in love with the self-nurture style of the classes as she would float out of the class on a cloud.
Nat decided that she wanted to share this experience with anyone and everyone and trained with YogaLondon in 2016 and then later with Norman Blair on his Yin Intensives course.
Since her time in law Nat above all understands the importance of self care. Nat promotes sustainable yoga so that it can be used in the everyday, on and off the mat and throughout a long and full life. Nat’s style has a strong focus on meditation and mindfulness, whilst teaching according to those in front of her.
svaposa means self-nurture in sanskrit and is at the heart of all of Nat’s yoga classes.
