svaposa means "self nurture" in Sanskrit and is at the heart of every class we teach. We help people with back pain, anxiety, depression, stress or tension, inflexibility, poor posture, arthritis, osteoporosis and much more. Whether you're a new parent in search of some well deserved "me-time", a stressed out office worker with a sedentary lifestyle or someone who has just overcome a difficult time in their life, svaposa can help you relax, restore and rebuild. Yoga has so many wonderful benefits, it not only positively impacts our physical but our mental health. Svaposa is a firm believer that yoga is for everyone, of all ages, no matter if you've been doing yoga for years or you've never heard of "downward facing dog" in your life!

Nat started her yoga journey at the same time as her first proper legal role in the City. She sought balance in the stresses of everyday office life and yoga provided much needed solace, allowing her to be fully present. After five years she decided to complete her 200-hour Teacher Training with YogaLondon and it is still the best thing she has ever done! After teaching for a year in studios and for private clients in London, she now lives and works about 3 miles outside of Wakefield in West Yorkshire. She is privileged to help people experience good health and wellbeing.
